Perfil epidemiológico dos casos notificados de Influenza A H1N1 em Campinas – São Paulo

O objetivo desta pesquisa foi avaliar o perfil epidemiológico de pacientes considerados positivos para Influenza A H1N1 no município de Campinas – São Paulo. Os dados epidemiológicos referentes ao período de 2013 a 2018, foram obtidos do sistema TabNet/Coordenadoria de Informação e Informática e DEVISA - Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Campinas-SP. Foram tabulados e analisados utilizando o software Microsoft Office Excel 2010 para cálculos de incidência e percentuais de distribuição. Verificou-se que, no período avaliado foram notificados 373 pacientes com Influenza A (H1N1), todos confirmados pelo método RT-PCR. Desses pacientes, a grande maioria eram homens, (n=208), que correspondeu a 55,78%. A faixa etária de maior incidência foi de 0 a 9 anos (n=157), seguida por indivíduos de 60 anos (n=97). Este estudo fornece dados epidemiológicos, no entanto, estudos mais amplos baseados na comunidade são necessários para obter uma compreensão mais precisa da influenza A H1N1 na cidade de Campinas - SP.
