Fatores associados ao comportamento sedentário em trabalhadores: uma revisão integrativa da literatura

Objetivou-se com esse estudo descrever os fatores associados ao comportamento sedentário em trabalhadores. Trata-se de um estudo de revisão integrativa da literatura, considerando estudos publicados entre 2017 e 2022. Para tanto, utilizou-se as bases de dados BVS, Scielo, LILACS e PubMed, utilizando os descritores comportamento sedentário, saúde do trabalhador, fatores associados e fatores de risco em inglês e português combinado por meio dos operadores booleanos. Foram identificados 135 estudos, dos quais 12 artigos compuseram a amostra final do estudo. Os fatores associados ao comportamento sedentário em trabalhadores foram as condições clínicas: presença de doenças não transmissíveis, condições musculoesqueléticas, maior circunferência da cintura e Índice de Massa Corporal; Características sociodemográficas e ocupacionais: sexo masculino, maior grau de escolaridade, maior fadiga, mais que oito horas de trabalhos diárias, tipo de trabalho, menor satisfação no trabalho. Características ambientais: cultura organizacional e hábitos comportamentais: inatividade física. Conclui-se, que o comportamento sedentário esteve associado a condições clínicas, musculoesqueléticas, sociodemográficas, ocupacionais, ambientais e hábitos comportamentais. Assim, faz-se necessária a promoção de saúde por meio de estratégias como a inclusão de políticas organizacionais.
